On July 7th, 1996, a ‘Julia Set’ formation appeared directly across from Stonehenge. A pilot flying over Stonehenge at the time claims that it appeared within 45 minutes. Colin Andrews investigated the site for weeks and was baffled by the formation’s profound complexity. Andrews stated, “It arrived in daylight on a sunny day opposite a busy tourist spot surrounded by high traffic roads.” 

Furthermore, Andrews reported, “I spent several days with a team of researchers examining all aspects of the formation; taking soil and plant samples, dowsing, measuring magnetic flux patterns and interviewing people. We discovered that the design was energetically connected to Stonehenge by magnetic flux lines. When I interviewed the Wiltshire Police, I was told that the police emergency lines received several 999 calls just before 6:00 PM reporting a large number of vehicles pulled off the road causing a hazard.”

The formation appeared as several cars pulled off to the side of the road to witness it. The amazing formation was approximately 912 feet long and 500 feet across. It consisted of 149 circles and was directly aligned with the Stonehenge monument. The formation became so popular that at times traffic backed up three miles along the major highway just to see it.

PROCESSING TIME

Due to our US-based production and fulfillment, processing times may vary on these factors: 

  1. All of our products are made to order, which means that production time can vary depending on the item and the volume of orders we have. We aim to produce all orders within 7-10 business days of receiving them, but this may be longer during peak periods.
  2. Once your order has been produced, we will ship it out to you as soon as possible. However, shipping times may also vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. We typically ship via UPS or USPS. Delivery times can range from 1-7 business days within the continental United States.

Please allow additional processing time for custom pieces, which include:

  • All tie-dye pieces 
  • Custom flag pieces
  • Custom name patch pieces

​WHEN SHOULD I BE EXPECTING MY ORDER?

When your order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information specifying the estimated delivery time. Your order may take up to 4 weeks to be processed and shipped. If more than 5 weeks have passed and you have not yet received your order, please contact us at service@saucerco.com

If a delivery attempt is made and you are not available, your package will be held at your local post office for 14 days. If after 14 days your package is not retrieved, it will be shipped back to SAUCER, LLC.

​HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided. All orders will have tracking information and the customer is expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery updates. SAUCER, LLC is not responsible for any loss or stolen packages.

​CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

Your shipping address may only be changed if you have not yet received a shipping notification. 
We cannot change the shipping address once the order has shipped. 
To cancel or change an order, you must notify us by email at service@saucerco.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, your order cannot be canceled.

SaucerCo.com ships all orders from the SAUCER distribution center in Los Angeles, California, USA.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At SAUCER, we take pride in the uniqueness and quality of our products. Please note that all sales made through SAUCER, LLC are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any of our products once they are purchased. This policy applies to all items including apparel, accessories, collectibles, and customized pieces.

Exception for Damaged or Mis-Shipped Items

While all sales are final, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances such as receiving a damaged item or an incorrect shipment. In such cases, please adhere to the following procedures:

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days from the delivery date. Please email us to notify us of the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Mis-Shipped Items: In the event you receive an incorrect item, please inform us immediately using the Returns Form. We will provide a return label for the incorrect item, which must be returned in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition. Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, we will dispatch the correct product.

General Guidelines for Damaged or Mis-Shipped Items

  • To process a claim for a damaged or mis-shipped item, a detailed description and photographic evidence of the issue must be submitted via email.
  • SAUCER, LLC reserves the right to determine whether a refund or replacement is the most appropriate response to a damaged or mis-shipped item.
  • Any approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
